The prompt this week was - Go For a Walk. Spring is trying it's best to appear in these parts but there is more mud than anything else. I know that because my dog's feet need to be washed after each walk. It is wonderful to hear the happy sounds of nature when I am out and about. This sighting made me stop and enjoy!
Snow melts
Ducks gather
They don't seem to want a visitor today
They're gone - but they will be back
If you want to find out more about Focusing on Life - 52 Photos go to The Studio Sublime to see what others have focused on this week. Thank you for stopping by for a visit. Just so you all know, my Boxer Rosie is doing very well after her surgery. Thank you for all your kind comments and concern.
This week's gathering is one that needs no words: nothing like nature to make one feel well! Happy to hear Rosie's feeling better - I am sure she'll have a blast running after those ducks :)
Oh you are hogging all the ducks - we only have two! lol Great shots of them in flight - It's such an akward flight they do. Happy to hear Rosie is doing well
We have a couple of ducks swimming around in the cove beside the house... the species changes with the season ... think they are eiders now! No flocks though...Our snow seems to finally be gone!
Hi Katherine, I know you must be eager for Spring but the snow looks so pretty I'm glad you were able to capture it in your photos for us. It looks like the ground is sprinked with powdered sugar!

We've got geese parked in our back field and no snow. We didn't have much winter at all this year and I'm missing the snow.
